Garzah Activewear will gladly exchange products unwashed, unworn and with the original tag attached also must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
Customers must email info@garzahactivewear.com.au within 7 days of receiving merchandise and will be receive instructions on returning goods, the items must be in original condition – unwashed, unworn and with all original tags attached.
Brokerage/Customs/Duty fees may apply on International Shipments.
Note: An item which has been soiled, mishandled, laundered or abused will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued, and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
Garzah Activewear also accept returns for a refund (excluding shipping charges) of nun washed, unworn, and unused merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt and original tags must still be attached.
Customers wishing to return merchandise must email us within 7 days of receiving merchandise for a return instruction on returning goods.
Reimbursement will be process within 14 days of receiving in the original method of payment or credit, whichever is preferred, will be issued upon arrival and inspection of the returned merchandise with the original sales receipt.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Garzah Activewear will not refund such duty or taxes.

No orders will be dispatched on weekends and public holidays.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please keep track of your order.
No export restrictions apply to any of our products as they are not derived from plant or animal material.
If in the unlikely event that we cannot fill your order as requested, we will either:
- Issue a refund for that product, or
- Allow you to select another product of equal value.
If a product arrives to you and it has a fault, please return it to us and we will replace it.
Please Note: If a product has been returned and is found to have become faulty through wear and tear, misuse, neglect or wilful damage we will NOT replace the product.

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Therefore, If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s).
